i live in the wrong country/ economy, i’d love to get this as a thigh piece
Right.
The top row of photos is from like 3 days after I got back from Glasgow. That was last month. 21/4/2012 it’s now 25/5/2012
I know I’m not wearing the same underwear or doing the same post but this is a FUCKING big deal to me.I hate my body and I know why, I stuff it with fast food and junk 24/7. I was finding it hard to fit into 14 sized clothing and just living in leggings.
I’m finally getting my body back, I’ll never be small or slim because I’m lazy but I’ve been eating reasonably well and this is the result. No gym, no diet pills, no radical life haul just cutting out fizzy shit, going for lower calorie options and not eating burgers and cheese all the time!!
I still have a way to go but I’ve been walking, riding and generally much more active.
My meals aren’t always SUPER healthy but chicken, brown rice, veggies and so on! I love 0 fat yogurt and blueberries and so on.
I’m so embarassed about this but it will force me not to let myself get that way again!! I know some people will have nothing but negative things to say because I’m disliked on this website by a few for no reason but what they fuck you gonna say? ‘You where so fat’ yep, yes I was.
I want to lose around a stone more and tone my legs & arms as they’re the worst part of me but I’m happier with my shape.
I’m happy to talk to anyone who want’s to know more :)
I have weight loss envy… In one month just from eating right and moving around more? I need to give up cheese…
PSA of the Day: According to the Best Friends Animal Society, more than 80 percent of pet owners support spaying or neutering their furry friends. But apparently, pet owners can’t seem to remember exactly when their animals should be sterilized (at 4 months old).
Enter the Fix at Four campaign, a series of clever PSAs that aims to reduce the number of accidental pets, and the best of which makes it seem as if a freaked-out father is trying to keep a bunch of horny neighborhood boys from impregnating his tween-age daughter.
“We purposely made them lighter,” says Bill Oakley, of TM Advertising, which helped design the spots. “When I see those Sarah McLachlan commercials, I turn them off. I can’t even watch them.”

Not sure about dogs but for cats, both my vet and all my friend’s who’ve worked in animal rescue shelters (oddly, quite a few, but not myself- I keep good company) here say wait till 6 months…
